Previously on the Blogs.4Bauer Writers-Strike Substitute for 24

CTU-Los Angeles has discovered the latest threat to our country that needs to be dealt with over a period of exactly 24 hours. Terrorist masterminds have been planning their next diabolical plot using LOLCats to send messages to their sleeper cells.

The target -Detroit. CTU-Los Angeles then springs into action, sort of. President Camacho faces the latest threat in the way we expect president on 24.

Back in LA, the new head of CTU decides that it’s time to bowl as we learn Jack Bauer has another brother. Will Dave get the Cheese Poppers or not? Dammit there are just too many tasty choices and not enough time.

Two key pieces of the puzzle were uncovered. First, there will be no Asian presidents on 24 anytime soon, the hot Terminator has a mean streak, and the new CTU Director took an hour to order at Chillie’s. That’s three, whatever.

A token 24 love triangle emerged with the Vice President and the President’s wife.

CTU-Milwaukee reached out to the only place left to turn, CTU – LA. Who then responded with a little CTU humor…terrorism mad libs. While CTU-MKE tried to decipher the code, CTU-LA bowled.

Detroit got the business end of a nuke, however the Tigers were on the road…Double Dammit. Meanwhile, Dave Bauer used the bathroom and CTU-Milwaukee checked out LOL Cats and discovered the next target…Washington DC. While the countdown to DC’s nuking began, CTU LA gave Dave Bauer an offer he could refuse.

Meanwhile, back in DC, the president tries to save the day by getting the hell outta town. However he’s trapped, like a married couple in a 3 year ARM in a falling housing market. We were also introduced to our next president if DC is nuked. He looks like Romney, but has a brain of Jello.

While dealing with the terrorists, El Presidente was able to save his wife from an unspeakable horror. However the VP’s daughter, ehhh..not so lucky. Well someone had to take one for the team.

Back in LA, Bauer faces down his arch nemesis.

That’s right, Chuck Norris is a damn terrorist who owns a bowling alley that CTU-LA frequents. It didn’t matter, because while Jack Bauer was busy fighting terror, Dave Bauer was perfecting his bowling game. CTU – 1 Chuck Norris Terrorist Bowling Team – 0.

With the Chuck Norris led bowling team destroyed and Ryan Seacrest’s genitals now hanging from the back of a small pickup truck, there’s only a couple of hours left for CTU to save the world.

Chuck Norris turned out to be Old Man Winters…I mean Tom Cruise who’s plot was thwarted by the pesky kids at CTU. With Cruise’s evil plot ruined, all eyes turn to DC as the clock is ticking. How will it end?

It was a lot of work but in the end I think we proved one thing. It doesn’t take a room full of highly paid writers to crank out the crap they’ve fed us for the past few seasons.

It has been an honor to be your host, you can find the genius behind the comics over at his site Caption This.

Detroit got the business end of a nuke, however the Tigers were on the road. Meanwhile, Dave Bauer used the bathroom and CTU-Milwaukee checked out LOL Cats and discovered the next target…Washington DC.
Meanwhile, back in DC, the president tries to save the day by getting the hell outta town. However he is trapped, like a married couple in a 3 year ARM. We were also introduced to our next president if DC is nuked. He looks like Romney, but thinks like Jello.

CTU-Los Angeles has discovered the latest threat to our country that needs to be dealt with over a period of exactly 24 hours. Terrorist masterminds have been planning their next diabolical plot using LOLCats to send messages to their sleeper cells.

The target…Detroit.

CTU-Los Angeles has discovered the latest threat to our country that needs to be dealt with over a period of exactly 24 hours. Terrorist masterminds have been planning their next diabolical plot using LOLCats to send messages to their sleeper cells.

The target…Detroit.

Detroit got the business end of a nuke, however the Tigers were on the road. Meanwhile, Dave Bauer used the bathroom and CTU-Milwaukee checked out LOL Cats and discovered the next target…Washington DC. While the countdown to DC’s nuking began, CTU LA gave Dave Bauer an offer he could refuse.
