    Fact: The bio-agent is not deadly, Jack will start getting better in a couple of hours. Hodges (actually Stanton) just demonstrating how vulnerable US is, not actually going to kill thousands just make them freak out like Bauer.

    Yes, Tony (along with Stanton) is still doubling on the bigger conspiracy (the one where Bush and Cheney are staging a coup to install Glenn Beck as the emperator universalis).

    All things considered, it makes it easier for Jack to hook up with Big Red when the stem cell treatment saves the day.

    And also, the loopholes with Tony’s vanishing act are finally being accounted for.
